Your holiday villa provides
The ground floor of the 135 square meters villa includes a living room with an open fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom.
Another bedroom and another bathroom are on the top floor.
The living room has access to the roofed main terrace of 35 square meters size. One half has a tiled roof and the other half has a glass roof.

On the terrace there are deck chairs and an outdoor dining area, and beside it there is a large stone-built garden barbecue.
In front of the terrace on the seawards front there are well-kept gardens of a particularly beautiful design, surrounding the swimming pool of 40 square meters size.
The pool has access stairs and is framed by a sun terrace with sunshades, deck chairs and garden furniture.

In front of the upstairs bedroom there is a veranda of 35 square meters size. It has a pergola and is partly reed-roofed, and there is a sun umbrella as well as a table and chairs available.
From up here, one can enjoy most beautiful views of the neighbouring villages, of the bay of  Rethymnon with Akrotiri peninsula, and of the White Mountains.
By the swimming pool there is an outdoor shower, and in front of the house there is room to park your rental car.
