Furnishing
In accordance with the traditional Cretan way of building, the house is built from stone and therefore does not need any air conditioning.
All bedroom windows have mosquito screens.
The wooden beam ceilings in all rooms also support the house's pleasant ambience.

As the owners themselves use to stay at their holiday villa several times per year, all furnishings have been chosen with particular love for detail.
The living room has a comfortable sitting room suite which includes a 2-seats and a 3-seats sofa.
There is an open fireplace, a stereo system with CD and DVD players, a satellite colour TV set, books and games.

The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, and there is another TV set. The bathroom includes a shower, WC, a bidet and a hair dryer.
|
The upstairs bedroom has a double bed as well, and there is also a fitted wardrobe and a CD player. The bathroom on the top floor has a bath tub and WC.
On the ground floor there is one more bedroom which the owners use during their stays in Crete. It remains locked while the villa is rented.
A washing machine, a tumble dryer, iron and board are available.

Water and electricity are included, and so is the final cleaning and the bed linen. Towels will be changed once per week.
All existing cleaning tools and detergents are available for the guests' own use. Intermediate cleaning can be arranged for a fee.
With stays during the winter months, the central heating / floor heating system is available for an extra charge.
